Alexander had a practice of meeting the religious leaders of every country he conquered , all of them use to agree with him that he is the son of god  and has the ability to rule the world.

In Persia there was a knot of thread which was not been able to un-knot by any individual for a long time and many believed that one who can un-knot it can become the emperor of the world . when Alexander saw this knot after defeating Persia , he just slashed it with his sword and the reason he justified was that "no one shall question his abilities" .

After a compromise with Parwateshwar (Porus) in the battle of Hyderspas ( some claim Porus won and some claim Alexander won , but the fact was even after the war, Porus ruled the Kaikey empire , with a Greek governor ) , Alexander enters the cities of Kaikey and as always he wanted to meet the philosophical leaders of India.

With the help of some localities , walking deep in to the jungle he managed to reach a sadhu . 

Sadhu had a thick long beard with mustache , uncut long hairs on head and was sleeping on a rock naked looking at the sky on the other hand Alexander has a thick cloths and Gems and diamonds on his body and head which were looted from Persia.

Alexander offered him money, land and everything,asked him to come to Greece  with him , as a reply saint calls him a FOOL .

On being asked for this comment saint replies , "who are you to take away my happiness" ,he showed a tree and said "as long as this tree is there I get a shade to sit , and a fruit to eat , you claim that you are the emperor of the world , if so what control you have over me ? ".

As a reply Alexander said "I have control over your life , I can chop off your head right away if you don't obey me".

Sadhu started laughing aloud  and said "let the death come and I have no fear of it ..  ".

With this reply , lot of thought flew across the mind of Alexander , he for the fist time started questioning his own belief that he is a GOD . he left the sadhu there and returned back to Kaikey empire , there his soldiers refused to fight any farther to the east of India and want to go back to there county. With a lot of confusions he decided to head back to his county.

On his death bed , Alexander had one request to his followers which has too much of meaning to be deciphered.

" Make sure that  my hand comes out of my death tomb  so that people understands that I did not take anything back ".

Alexander was a son of Greek king of Macedonia  who had 7 wives

His mother wanted him to be the next king of Greek and grows him by telling Hercules stories ( the greatest king of Greeks )

Alexander kills his father with a fear that his half brothers could quest for the next king post and covers up the story by building a tomb with full of gold in it

Alexander believed that he is god/ human with super natural power

His followers believes he is the greatest warrior

His enemies believes he is an evil

He started using the modern weapons then invented in his army to defeat his enemies

At the age of 16 he breaks the walls of another city in Greece which was undefeated for long and makes the people in the city as there slaves and this big army now started conquering the world

His first target was Greeks long lived enemies Persia ( present turkey), he defeats them and also frees Egypt from Persian rule and hence Alexander has great fame in Egypt

He fought a 1:5 war with Persia and still won the battle because of his teams unmatched weapons and skills , he loots gold worth 1.4 billion USD today from Persians

At the age of just 25 he ruled the world biggest empire in the history

He not only defeated the enemies , he massacred them , as a result of this when he wanted to conquer any empire , just an intimation was sufficient and the kings would fall to his feat and surrender there empire in fear.

After 5 years of continues battle like this , marching to different empires , his army men were living in a aliens land and were feeling home sick , he had to cheer them up by giving them gold , women and land . But Alexander also started inducing people who were surrenders in him army which native Greek army did not like

Alexander put himself everywhere. statues ,walls coins etc,he  wanted to be ubiquitous and he want to be a god , in fact he even names more than 50 cites which he had won in his name or some times even in his dogs name.

He takes a Persian bride  which move  was not completely accepted by his men

Some on his men secretly stated speak that Alexander is winning wars not because of his genius but because of his army general Philotas , just because of this conspiracy Alexander kills his close friend Philotas  and his father Parmanion who was also a close friend of Alexander and  had helped him to reach the throne after his fathers death.

By the time Alexander reached the borders of India his empire was 9000 miles long , but his army was tired of wars , staying away from home for 8 years was difficult and also they started disliking Alexander's dictatorship, it was  also close to taking a call but Alexander never wanted to give up and his quest to conquer the world continued .

In India his men refuses to follow him any further to the east as a result of which he agrees to stop this quest and heads back to Greece but cleaver takes the Markran desert for the journey instead of sea so as to punish the solders who went against him , as a result there were very few left when Alexander arrived at Babylonia millions of his soldiers died with thirst and hunger.

Alexander at the age of 33 dyed from a serious fever and most believe it is malaria as he had traveled to many places and had attracted it.

On being asked while he was bed ridden as to whom should the empire be handed over to after him , his reply was " TO THE STRONGEST"
